Some decisions take years to make.

The decision to buy a first home. To move closer to work. To start a family. To invest in a better future.

These decisions often begin with questions.

Is this the right location?

Will this fit our lifestyle?

Can we imagine ourselves here?

At Empire East Highland City, The Courtyard gently brings these questions into focus—not by rushing answers, but by giving people the space to explore them.

Empire East proudly introduced The Courtyard, its newly opened showroom at Empire East Highland City, a space thoughtfully designed to elevate the homebuyer experience. Leading the opening ceremony were Empire East President and CEO Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu and Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Jhoanna Lyndelou T. Llaga, joined by sales directors, salespersons, and employees.

For Atty. Yu, "The Courtyard reflects our commitment to creating opportunities and building experiences. It is a place where people can connect, discover possibilities, and experience the vision of Empire East Highland City firsthand."

Inside The Courtyard, homebuyers can explore fully furnished Studio and 1-Bedroom model units and experience an interactive 3D walkthrough of the township. The spacious negotiation lounge and outdoor garden area can also host future events intended for potential homeowners.

In these moments, it becomes easier to picture everyday life—morning routines inside a future condo home, weekends spent in shared spaces, and simple daily comforts within the community.

Today, homebuyers are no longer just searching for a place to live. They are looking for a home that fits into their lifestyle—where mornings feel less rushed, where time with family is easier to prioritize, and where everyday needs feel closer and more connected.

And somewhere in that search, a different kind of life begins to take shape.

A slower morning where the day starts with calm instead of hurry. Afternoons where there is room for family, for conversation, for simply being together without watching the clock. Weekends that feel open—spent outdoors, surrounded by greenery, fresh air, and space that allows time to stretch a little longer.

Even the small pauses in between busy days start to feel different. Moments that are not forced or scheduled, but simply part of how life flows when everything feels more within reach.

And at Empire East Highland City, this is the kind of life that quietly comes into focus.

“There has been excitement and optimism since the announcement and blessing of The Courtyard. Having the model units on-site is a big advantage because it makes it easier to present the project and adds to the closing factor. With the showroom, model units, and actual site in one location, it becomes easier to guide and encourage potential buyers. When clients are toured around the site and then brought to The Courtyard’s model units, the experience and ambiance makes a strong impact. It helps clients better understand Empire East Highland City. For sellers, it is a good sign because it shows more opportunities for closing deals,” shared a Senior Salesperson of Empire East.

Every future home begins with a decision. And every decision begins with a conversation.

Beyond The Courtyard lies Empire East Highland City, a 22-hectare elevated township in Pasig-Cainta area designed to bring together nature, convenience, and modern living.

At its center is Highland Park, an 8,000-sqm open green space intended as part of daily life—offering room for quiet walks, family time, and everyday outdoor moments within a secure environment.

Adding to this vision is the Highland Forest, a 1.36-hectare man-made forest planned with walking trails, hanging bridges, native Philippine trees, picnic grounds, water features, and active lifestyle areas. It brings nature deeper into everyday living, making green space part of the residential experience rather than an occasional escape.

The township also envisions a complete lifestyle ecosystem, with a retail and dining hub, a modern sports club, and community spaces for recreation and gatherings. Together, these elements shape a “live-work-play” environment designed to support daily needs within the township itself.

The first residential phase, Arcadia Towers, introduces thoughtfully designed units for young professionals, growing families, and long-term investors—offering early access to a developing community.

And it all begins where conversations turn into possibilities—inside The Courtyard.
